A directory of member agencies and their programs

As a group, CFSA-NC members offer a variety of services for prevention, care, treatment and follow-up. Among the specific programs are family preservation services, alternative and charter schools, day treatment, foster care, residential treatment, community support, group homes, adoption services, emergency care, therapeutic camping, independent living and aftercare.

Glossary Section

Our Glossary section seeks to provide definitions for the services provided by our member agencies. These definitions came from DSS licensing rules, MHDDSAS Service Definitions, the Child Mental Health Plan and the DJJDP website, as well as feedback from members of the CFSA-NC.  These definitions do not reflect all the specifics related to a service/program for documentation or billing purposes, but serve as general information to aid consumers/state agencies in seeking services.
